Get ready to jam and party like a rock star! Gene Simmons Rock Camp is taking place on Thursday, March 27- Sunday, March 30, and you will not want to miss it! You will get to rock alongside Gene Simmons. Not only will you get to play with Gene Simmons, he will mentor campers with his vast knowledge of performing and playing! We’re also bringing in fellow KISSrocker, Tommy Thayer, to jam with campers and play LIVE on the Courtyard Stage at House of Blues that will be live on U-Stream for your family and friends to watch! Other special guest musicians include Sebastian Bach (Skid Row), Steve Stevens (Billy Idol), Scott Ian (Anthrax) and Dave Ellefson (Megadeth). Together alongside Simmons, rock star guests and counselors will help musicians of all levels form bands, play, rehearse, write and record a song. Rock Star Counselors include Lita Ford (The Runaways), Vinny Appice (Dio), Teddy Andreadis (Guns N Roses),Nick Cantanese (Formerly of Black Label Society), Glen Sobel (Alice Cooper), Oz Fox (Stryper),Rudy Sarzo (Quiet Riot, Queensryche), Phil Soussan (Ozzy Osbourne), and many more! What an incredible camp! This past week we hosted Hell Bent for Vegas with the Metal Gods themselves, Rob Halford, Ian Hill, Richie Faulkner, and Scott Travis along with special guests Zakk Wylde and Geoff Tate (Queensryche).

Campers and Counselors alike had an amazing time rocking out on stage with our talented headliners. Not only were the performances at Rock ‘n’ Roll Fantasy Camp facilities great, but the performances at House of Blues in Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino were on point!

Another guest at Hell Bent for Vegas was Audrina Patridge (The Hills) with NBC’s First Look. Audrina took the stage with rocker Lita Ford to sing an original song written by Lita’s band. Check out this article TMZ covered about Audrina’s performance HERE.

Season 2 Premiering on Vh1 Classic This Summer

Dear Rockers, Rock 'n' Roll Fantasy Camp is airing the second season produced by Mark Burnett on Saturday, August 20th on Vh1 Classic.  The series features Guns 'n' Roses members Duff McKagan and Matt Sorum and camp favorite, Mark Hudson.  Additionally, we have guest appearances from Paul Stanley of KISS,Sammy Hagar, Marky Ramone of The Ramones, and Phil Collen of Def Leppard.  Make sure you set your DVR, or tune in at 10 PM on Vh1 Classic starting August 20th! Rock Camp Breaks VH1 Classic Viewing Records

Dear Rock Stars, Wow! is the only word I can say.  Thank you so much to all of our followers and Rock Stars who have helped make the Mark Burnett TV series debut "Rock N Roll Fantasy Camp" a record breaking success for VH1 Classic.  I walked into the office of the President at VH1 Classic on Tuesday following the series premiere just as they were reviewing the ratings.  As luck would have it, I couldn't have walked in at a better time.  I was met with cheers and applause as they told me that the show broke all the channels ratings records.  I was over joyed as you can imagine.  I promise the show will only get better as Van Halen's bassist Michael Anthony appears on the next episode.  I would also like to thank all the press that gave us great reviews.  In the event that you missed the first episode, VH1 Classic will be running it a bunch of times through the season.  You can go to our website at www.rockcamp.com to view a list of all the run times.  If you live in the Philadelphia area, come join us at The Trocadero this Sunday night to experience first hand our camp rock bands as they live the fantasy.  And don't miss our all star jam with our Rock Star Camp Counselors Kip Winger, Rami Jaffee, Rudy Sarzo, Mark Farner and many more including headliner Dickey Betts of the Allman Brothers.  Tickets are on sale now.  We hope to see you there.
