Rock Camp Breaks VH1 Classic Viewing Records

Dear Rock Stars, Wow! is the only word I can say.  Thank you so much to all of our followers and Rock Stars who have helped make the Mark Burnett TV series debut "Rock N Roll Fantasy Camp" a record breaking success for VH1 Classic.  I walked into the office of the President at VH1 Classic on Tuesday following the series premiere just as they were reviewing the ratings.  As luck would have it, I couldn't have walked in at a better time.  I was met with cheers and applause as they told me that the show broke all the channels ratings records.  I was over joyed as you can imagine.  I promise the show will only get better as Van Halen's bassist Michael Anthony appears on the next episode.  I would also like to thank all the press that gave us great reviews.  In the event that you missed the first episode, VH1 Classic will be running it a bunch of times through the season.  You can go to our website at www.rockcamp.com to view a list of all the run times.  If you live in the Philadelphia area, come join us at The Trocadero this Sunday night to experience first hand our camp rock bands as they live the fantasy.  And don't miss our all star jam with our Rock Star Camp Counselors Kip Winger, Rami Jaffee, Rudy Sarzo, Mark Farner and many more including headliner Dickey Betts of the Allman Brothers.  Tickets are on sale now.  We hope to see you there. We hope that you will join us at one of our upcoming camps and we look forward to rockin' out with you all soon. Warmest Regards, David Fishof Philadelphia at The Trocadero (October 22-24) San Francisco at The Fillmore (November 5-7) Dallas at the House of Blues (November 12-14) Chicago at the House of Blues (November 19-21) NYC with Roger Daltrey (January 12-17,2011)

“Music has the power to uplift, heal and transform.  The Camp taps into the power of music in unprecedented ways by bringing together lovers of music from all walks of life and places them under the tutelage of counselors who are masters of music for the purpose of creating music. Then something magical happens. The music becomes the bond in a transformative discovery of self in the context of a group.  People learn to create under the guidance of creative masters.  Campers build bridges between one another as they perfect the art of communicating in the world’s oldest language: music.  The Camp is more than jamming, recording and playing live with the rock stars; it’s an experience that will change your life forever.”                                                                                         - David Fishof
