For this team building event, participants worked with legendary musicians from the rock world to write lyrics, create choreography, and perform their original songs."  Disney/ ESPN  WHAT WE DO: We spend the time to understand your objectives and structure the program to build upon those objectives.  Each participant will be assigned to a "band" headed up by a ROCK STAR counselor.  The ROCK STAR counselor will guide the band through a series of tasks and activities that will prepare the band for the delivery of their product, a performance of a song with original lyrics created by them. IMPORTANT TO NOTE: NO MUSICAL EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED. There is no need for TEAM ROCK STARS participants to have any musical experience.  It is our proprietary system and finely tuned process that lets non-musicians experience what it is like to become a professional band.
